Terms of Use

Cymbale provides Tamer Tactics and tamertactics.com. By using them, you agree to these Terms. Contact: contact@tamertactics.com.

Playing

You receive a licence for lawful, personal entertainment. Cymbale and its licensors retain ownership, subject to mandatory legal exceptions.

Provide accurate age and Country information, obtain parental permission where required, and keep your account secure. Unlinked accounts may be lost if device credentials are lost. Real-money purchases require a linked account.

Do not cheat, automate play without permission, exploit bugs for an unfair advantage, manipulate rankings or purchases, interfere with security, trade accounts, or use abusive, unlawful or infringing names or content. Material breaches may lead to restrictions or suspension, subject to applicable law. Contact us to dispute a restriction.

Ads and purchases

Available offers may include ads, Gems, content, ad removal, subscriptions and passes. Each purchase offer shows its price, benefits and any duration. Tracking choices are explained in the Privacy Policy.

Apple or Google processes real-money purchases under its store terms. Delivery follows confirmed payment. Eligible permanent purchases can be restored; consumables are credited once to your game account.

Gems have no cash value, cannot be traded or cashed out, and do not expire while held in your account. Digital purchases grant access for use in the game, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Offered subscriptions disclose their billing and renewal terms before purchase. Automatic renewal continues until cancelled through the store; cancellation stops future renewals, with access normally continuing through the paid period. Account deletion does not cancel a store subscription.

Request purchase refunds through the store, or contact us for help. Refunds or revocations may remove associated currency or content, including content bought with refunded Gems. Statutory refund, remedy and withdrawal rights remain. Any loss of a withdrawal right for immediate digital delivery requires the consent, acknowledgement and confirmation prescribed by law.

Privacy and ending use

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling and your choices. You may stop playing or request account deletion by email. Deletion ends account access and forfeits remaining Gems, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Uninstalling alone does not delete an account or cancel subscriptions.

The game needs internet access. We may update gameplay and content, perform maintenance or end unsupported services, subject to legally required notice and remedies. Pre-release progress may be reset. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

Mandatory warranties, consumer rights and liability protections remain. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss or business loss arising from personal use.

Store terms also apply, including Apple’s Standard EULA for App Store copies. Mandatory law and applicable store terms prevail over conflicting provisions here. Your mandatory local protections and access to a competent court remain.
