Delete your Tamer Tactics account

In the game, open Settings, choose Delete account, and confirm. You can also request deletion without reinstalling the game: email contact@tamertactics.com, subject Tamer Tactics account deletion. Include your player ID if you have it and tell us whether you can still access the account. Do not send passwords, sign-in tokens, Installation credentials or payment-card details.

We verify that you are authorized before deleting an account. A player ID or the email sender alone does not prove ownership. We will explain any additional verification needed and confirm when the game-account cleanup has completed. If an unlinked account's only credential has been lost, we may be unable to verify or recover it.

After we verify ownership and accept the request, account access is suspended. Permanent cleanup starts after a 28-day cancellation window; processing may take longer, and we confirm completion. In the app you can cancel before the stated deadline. Contact us before that deadline if you requested deletion externally; cancellation also requires verified ownership. Your Journey's normal deadlines keep running and can end it with a loss. Cancelling restores current account state.

Remaining Gems are forfeited when permanent cleanup begins. Your profile is hidden during the window and removed during cleanup. Recorded teams may remain as NPC Tamers; limited historical, purchase, refund and security records may remain. Store and service-provider records have their own deletion and retention processes. Uninstalling alone does not delete an account. Deletion does not cancel a store subscription or remove mandatory refund and consumer rights.
