Deleting your account

In the app, open Settings > Account > Delete account. Before you confirm, the app explains what deletion removes and what remains. Access ends right away, and you can cancel in the app during the next 28 days; the app shows the exact deadline once your request is accepted.

If you cannot use the app, you can request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

Purchases

To restore purchases, open the Store from Home > Shop and choose Restore purchases. Restoring purchases, like buying with real money, requires a signed-up account that is linked to Game Center or Google Play Games. Purchases made with another Tamer Tactics account stay with that account and cannot be restored to a different one.

Refunds follow Apple's and Google Play's own refund processes. You can also email us for help.
